Email from hdfc bank for transaction clarification

Received email from hdfc for excessive use of credit card each month for single transaction.any suggestions for it.

Use Kotak or AU bank ! Actually they wanted to spend their CC, let hdfc take wallet rest for 3 months and they will send spend based voucher offer🤣

They no longer send that I guess. It's been months I haven't used HDFC and they are least bothered now!

No they are sending thr mails, i stopped using regalia started using tata neu and they sent me mail today.

Doesn't it make more sense to buy amazon vouchers via amazon? You then don't have to pay the service charge that way.(using millennia here)
