Simple answer, no.

ICICI Emeralde may require upto 2 Cr TRV for LTF. You can paid one more easily but doesn't make much sense to get a paid Emeralde

You need 6 lakhs and above limit on ur current card to see upgrade for Emeralde

the new one that was launched right.. that around 20k_GST.. I'm not sure do check admin thread he have covered all the info, upgrade info must be there too.

You may get it but it won't be LTF. Emerlade with 12k fees per year is pretty lackluster for most people.
