Hard Enquiry is something you see in CIBIL Enquiry section . Example : Personal loan , Credit card enquiry which shows on CIBIL
Soft enquiry is something you cant see and has no effect on your CIBIL . Example , when bank check your credit worthiness and when you refresh your CIBIL score through any Platform .
