Whenever I try to login to traveledge.axisbank.co.in with customer id and password, i always get this error. Does someone know the workaround?

I still get these errors every time I try to access the travel edge portal directly. I reached out to Axis Customer care and TravelEdge customer care but even after months, no one could resolve it.

I can suggest 2 workarounds:
1. You can use the Axis Mobile App -> Services -> Edge Rewards -> Travel Edge. This way when you land on traveledge you would already be logged in.
2. Go to grab deals website, then click on travel edge and enter the last 4 card digits and mobile number. Again you would be pre-logged in when you are redirected to traveledge.

Anyone got any success and solution for get this fix? is calling customer care worked?

I wrote to customer care, they called me today and have raised a complaint for this.

I must say about this Axis bank service, there systems may not be upto mark, but my experience with there customer care folks (burgundy support - which we get with Magnus/Vistara Infinite/Reserve) has been excellent

can you share where did you write them ? via axis.com/support or some email id?
also when you are saying burgundy support , is it some different customer care number / email id?

I face similar issues On and off sometimes.

My advice would be to use a different browser or incognito mode and give it a try when you face this error. It's a sure shot thing but it worked sometimes for me. Other times I had to wait for a day and then try again.
 
I had the same issue. However, my problem was solved after writing an email to traveledge support.
Hi. Thanks for your post. Can you share an estimate as to how long it took Axis Bank to resolve? I have been following up for a few days now, but no resolution or ETA as yet. Am considering approaching banking ombudsman, but that's a last resort. Any advise/ thoughts? Thx in advance.

fully agree with this! just got magnus recently called customer care, directly connected to customer care agent rather than the IVR. Thats what i loved DCB/Infinia cards for.
 
sending emails to premium experience and travel edge worked for me. They need to make some changes to each user manually. So its possible this is because of too many new axis bank credit card holders
 
My experience may be pretty common with Axis support, several calls and mails have been exchanged from Travel edge to Axis both but so far no resolution.
