Error while trying to apply on IDFC portal

I'm getting an error whenever I try to apply for a credit card from the IDFC portal.
After entering name, DOB, Aadhaar details and OTP, it says:

Sorry we can't proceed
We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.

Getting this error since last week.
Anyone else facing this? Any solution?
