Estwhile Citi credit cards usable on Axis Gyftr?

I have a Citi Rewards Credit Card, and since the migration to Axis has been completed since July, I was wondering if I can use it on Axis Gyftr.

Gyftr isn't accepting my Citi Card.



Enquired with Gyftr, they said I cannot use any other card apart from those sourced directly from Axis.

You can ask for replacement from Axis. It will give you the Axis Rewards card, which should work on Gyftr.

Citi card bins are not yet added to Gyftr. I raised complaint to premium experience. They are trying since 1 month.

I guess they won’t add and they would replace existing cards with Axis BINs then they would work. This is my guess though.

All replacement process is already completed. All Citi bins are now axis bins. All bms offers are updated to include those bins.

More particularly, the axis rewards card launched last year and Citi rewards card converted to axis rewards have same bin.
