visited branch hotlisted platinum one applied for millennial platinum and today opened canara app I see hotlisting charges, kisi aur ko bhi charges lage hai ?View attachment 76196

to aaj branch se call aaya, usne bola branch aa jaaiye is card ko hotlist karwa ke millennia apply kar dijie, still she blamed me boli account open karte time option aata h aapne select nii Kiya hoga,

Bank ka galti se galat debit card issue hua tha isliye hotlisting charges reverse karne ki bat Hui hai .
Ye normal case hai to hotlisting charges to lagega hi aur reversal ke liye kya reason doge ?
