Exclusive RuPay Lounge Opened at Delhi Airport Terminal 3
Can we pay with normal bank account and get access? Worth a try.

I went to both the RuPay Lounge and Encalm Lounge yesterday (T3 Delhi). RuPay Lounge is better in terms of both food and dessert, as it had 2-3 items not present in Encalm Lounge. The main difference was in the crowd of people. RuPay Lounge is much less crowded than the Encalm lounge.
RuPay Lounge also has a game zone with three monitors and PS5s. I tried playing on the PS5 for a while, and it was alright; it had about 18 games, most of which were multiplayer games (Rocket League, PUBG, etc.). If I had the choice between the RuPay Lounge and the Encalm Lounge, I'd choose the RuPay Lounge any day.
Edit: You don't need a physical RuPay credit card. UPI on CC is accepted, but there are different limits for physical card and UPI on CC access (once per month). RuPay debit cards don't work, you need a credit card to access this lounge.

Here is my experience.
Top Notch breakfast menu, no hassles, smiling service people and more clean. The only drawback was that they dont have a washroom, so if you have to use washroom, you have to leave your luggage and walk outside for 50 mtrs. ( Only if it matters )

How it's funny when they have advertised it for rupay cc users only ? They are promoting Rupay CC. It was never advertised for rupay debit cards.
If they open it for rupay debit card users, it will be like other enclam lounge with chaos all around.

I can elaborate mine. So, I visited International Lounge at London using my PNB Rupay Select Debit Card.
Honestly, I felt amazing that it worked there!

I used my TMB rupay select dc at PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE,KUALA LUMPUR.
Is the full amount debited and then refunded? Or only a small amount was debited?
I used rupay select dc & cc at SIN, KUL, MNL, BKK, HKT, DPS, CGK etc.
Nothing was debited. After swipe the machine detects it as priority pass.
