Hi, I've been facing multiple issues with my IndusInd Bank savings account and Indie account.
Recently, I updated my registered mobile number in the bank's records, and ever since, the issues have escalated, causing me immense frustration. I hold Indus Select and Indie accounts with IndusInd Bank.

Issues:
- UPI Not Working:
- I have been unable to reset my UPI PIN despite multiple attempts. Unlike other apps, Paytm doesn't even display my Indus Select account.
- I’ve tried various methods like using Aadhaar and debit card details, but the problem persists.
- All UPI apps show the error message: "Unable to reset UPI PIN: UPI PIN VIOLATION".
- I want to highlight that this issue existed even before I updated my mobile number(In GPay it was fine before mob num update).
- Indie App Re-Registration:
- After changing my mobile number, the Indie app asked for re-registration. However, when I entered my Aadhaar number, it displayed the error: "Aadhaar number is not correct."
- Since both account numbers are the same as my mobile number except first 2 digits , differentiating between them has become challenging.
- Email Communication Failing:
- Whenever I try to send a plain-text email to IndusInd Bank for any requirement or query, their system throws an error: "UNDELIVERABLE."
- Credit Card Issues:
- I previously held an IndusInd Bank credit card. Despite manually submitting documents multiple times, my emails never reached them (likely due to the above issue). Frustrated, I closed the card three months ago.
- Today, I received an email inviting me to apply for a credit card. Surprisingly, my application worked, and I am now waiting for approval or rejection. The new card also shows an increased credit limit.
Currently, I shifted all my funds to my primary and not using these two account - if u guys have any solution do let me know.
