I made six transactions on 15 Nov 2025 on Eatsure by credit card and MobiKwik UPI, and MobiKwik shows payment successful, but Eatsure does not show a successful order. I have a few questions.
1. Will I have to file six RBI ombudsman complaints or one?
2. There is a rule of T+5 days for UPI merchant payment failed transactions. Does it include holidays?
3. There is compensation of 100 per day. Will I get 600 for 6 transactions or only 100?
4. Will I have to share email for a refund to MobiKwik, EatSure and Bob credit card?
5. Will I have to wait for a refund or mail them or directly file with the ombudsman?
6. Will I have to file an ombudsman complaint to Bob or Mobikwik?
7. How many chances do I get to get my full compensation?
