FAQ on Pixel Credit card

Ok so I got this Pixel credit card like a month ago and its LTF incase you're wondering. Got a couple of questions regarding this card which would probably be Payzapp related as well since its exclusive to Payzapp.

1. Is the 10% cashback legit? So far from the scan and pay I did from restaurants like Kakada Ramprasad, Shree Mitai and some merchants like Italia on the go, the 10% cashback doesn't seem to appear and when asking them about it, they have not responded either.

2. Has HDFC announced anything that they would add to the card like any discounts for games and stuff? The brand is advertised as something gaming oriented so if that's not the case, then its a missed opportunity.

3. Is there a genuine support for the Pixel cards? The payzapp email doesn't seem to work and trying to enter the card number for the customer support for HDFC doesn't work either.

4. What happened to the pixel go variant? Only the pixel one is available to apply...not that it matters since the pixel one has more offers.

5. Also I selected the 3% cashback for Payzaap and not Amazon or Flipkart. For what would I get the 3% cashback for? Just using Payzapp?

2. U don't need any particular card for gaming itself, there are already many..

• for golf there are cards
• for online gaming console purchases there are cards
• for offline/online gaming purpose there are cards
• for gaming platform vouchers there are cards

All these are our regular cards and works even for gaming MCC. Unless that gaming itself gambling.
3. No. And I personally don't apply credit card if there is no email ID visible in their website, and there is no web version of it (ex: OneCard, Pixel). Not always rely on mobile apps.

I have experienced worst for point 1. Total waste of time. They took two months to give resolution saying 10% cashpoints can not be credited since i closed the card. They never bothered to credit the points when it was active for last two months.
