Hdfc is giving visa physical and rupay virtual for the same pixel play card

Yes two different cards. There will be option to select when applying. Visa is Physical card, Rupay is virtual. You can select any one or keep both.

You can also apply Physical RuPay variant Pixel Go or Physical RuPay variant Pixel Play card.

If you want 2 cards then its not possible, ie in Physical + virtual card only option is -> Visa physical + rupay virtual
If you opt rupay physical then no visa virtual

I applied HDFC Pixel credit card as ltf and the email flyer showed Rs 1500 voucher. I can't seem to find the terms and condition on how to get this voucher and the hdfc email team cant help me and asks me to contact payzapp team. Do anyone know how to avil this Rs 1500 voucher?

14 days of card issuance means from the date of selecting the card varaint? Cuz my application was approved on 7th of Jan but was only able to generate the card type today due to technical issue fron their end.

Don’t get this pixel card if you want to have core card later.. pixel card itself is sh*t.. and in that Rupay pixel is even sh*ttier !! 😉

***CAUTION HDFC Pixel Credit Card Users*** !!! Looks like these people are doing some kind of small scam - they won't give you ANY cashpoint for a lot of UPI transactions (1% minimum, or 10% for restaurants). When you go through them and check each of them, you will see there's no reason to not get cashpoints for those - and then when you create a support ticket with them, they say something like "we've reviewed your query and are pleased to confirm that we will give the appropriate 1x points for this transaction." - To bhai pahle kyon nahi diya, no answer for that. Also, even after review for a restaurant they gave only 1x after creating ticket. That ticket is still in progress. YOU HAVE TO DO THAT FOR EVERY TRANSACTION. What a nightmare.

Ok so I got this Pixel credit card like a month ago and its LTF incase you're wondering. Got a couple of questions regarding this card which would probably be Payzapp related as well since its exclusive to Payzapp.
1. Is the 10% cashback legit? So far from the scan and pay I did from restaurants like Kakada Ramprasad, Shree Mitai and some merchants like Italia on the go, the 10% cashback doesn't seem to appear and when asking them about it, they have not responded either.
2. Has HDFC announced anything that they would add to the card like any discounts for games and stuff? The brand is advertised as something gaming oriented so if that's not the case, then its a missed opportunity.
3. Is there a genuine support for the Pixel cards? The payzapp email doesn't seem to work and trying to enter the card number for the customer support for HDFC doesn't work either.
4. What happened to the pixel go variant? Only the pixel one is available to apply...not that it matters since the pixel one has more offers.
5. Also I selected the 3% cashback for Payzaap and not Amazon or Flipkart. For what would I get the 3% cashback for? Just using Payzapp?
