Federal Bank Core Card Application : No application number Received.

Applied Federal Core card. In the End it said "Your Application is declined as it does not meet the eligibility criteria as per bank policy for credit card".
Now in order to know exact reason for Decline, i have to have Application number, But the issue is that i have not received any Application Number, neither over mail(checked junk too) nor over SMS.

Please suggest what to do? (apart from mailing them)
Where to find Application Number?

P.S: no previous relation, last time i applied in march end, that too was declined with the same reason, but after 3-4 days, some branch executive called and said your application is pending complete it.

Even worst, I am never able to apply for Federal CC as my OneCard Metal is from Federal and every time I try to apply for a Federal CC, it shoots a msg you already have one.

Federal doesn't issue you 2nd card.
