Federal Bank offer at Amazon

I recently received federal Bank credit card Signet rupay. I am unable to see offer on this card at Amazon, neither there is EMI conversion option at Amazon, when I try to place order it doesn't show EMI option not offer , although it works at Myntra,I call to Amazon as well as federal Bank but unable to get any solution yet.please tell if any body face this problem. Thank you in advance.

O.k ,but I think it not network issue,if it is network issue then it also at Myntra app,but it is ok there.

Sometimes rupay cards don't work for EMI purchases, but works in full.

Check which platforms they have available. One is rupay which u already have, they might have both visa or MasterCard or any one of them

They have both visa , master card ,they have given me network choice I chose rupay.
