Festival Offers from HDFC but order got cancelled

Hey guys.

Recently got offer from HDFC stating if I do transaction of 1K or more so they will send some vouchers. But the issue is I ordered from Amazon and it got cancelled so if I do transaction again will I qualify for the offer or not?

Hi I generally don't think it is the first qualifying transaction after offer start date but rather any qualifying transaction in offer duration should suffice. Hence I think doing new transaction should be fine

Having said that , never faced this issue so please take it just as a suggestion. Might be better to confirm with customer care

Also small points is I think it is better to do such transaction on something like gift card so that there is no risk of cancellation in general
