I had applied for Tata Neu Infinity LTF directly from bank website last month, it showed LTF , but the application was DECLINED.

I wrote to customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com & escalation.cc@hdfcbank.com, got standard reply that it is bank internal policy.

Then I wrote to Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com, they said I already have an active HDFC credit card and asked for my payslip to review the application.
But every week they close the complaint by setting it to RESOLVED and reopen a new one when I ask for the details of the resolution. They are saying the application is under review for more than 3 weeks now. though the status of my application tracking number still shows as DECLINED.

Its been a month I made the application, can I re-apply or should I wait for Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com , anybody faced similar situation ?

I have also stuck in similar like situation. They are offering plus varient, so i declined. I have asked for the details reson since i fulfilled all the criteria for this card. Meanwhile i am in contact with bank agent, he told me that he has sent a mail to top up the card eligibility. I don't know about this terms. So i am waiting if this could work at least a week. If i this isn't work in last week of December, i will try again with the linked which shared by some respects members. Let me know if you have any better plan to get this card.

It does not ask salary detail.. only the employer details

I closed all my CCs of hdfc and freshly applied for TNI 6 mns ago via TN app
AFAIK the monthly inc should be >1L
Then u will get TNI to select in the provided options

If u have savings acc it will not ask for salary details in most of yhe cases

3. Do we need to provide salary proof during the application?

They may ask your salary acc details or give u option to upload them Manually

These all depends on ur past relationship with bank and ur credit profile
