Hi, please correct me if I'm wrong. in TATA Neu Infinity, as per T&C, on every UPI transaction we get some coins right ? Whether it's app dependant ? I do UPI Transaction on phonepe via RUPAY link CC, I could'nt able to see coints in my statement at all. Out of all the transactions i did, only 1 got coins. Am I missing something ?

UPI txns done via tata neu app - 1.5% neu coins (1% coins will be added in your TN account and 0.5% coins in ur TNI card )
The coins earned on UPI(0.5%) + coins earned through remaining purchases will be transferred to ur TNI app directly by HDFC after 5 days of stmt generation
When u use this card in other UPI apps u only get 0.5%
Afaik, the coins on UPI will not be visible in ur stmt but u can see them in hdfc mobile app

I have done few transactions of 40rs and the card statement is also generated. But didn't find any neucoins either in HDFC app or tn app. I have raised a complaint to HDFC to give me the calculation for the reward points. Let's see....

ohh ok, I spent around 37k(UPI) last month and got around 180 neu coins(0.5%) I did not count Txn value below 30
so, in my case the calc is correct
Neu Coins are rounded to the nearest integer.
that min Txn of 33 may not be correct as they have updated the terms but when you combine all the Txns and see at the end u will get the correct number of neu coins
Anyways, let's wait for their reply
