Few general questions on credit card and CIBIL report...

On Credit cards:
1) I have an Activa scooter which has tank capacity of ~3 litres. No way I can fill fuel for more than ₹300. Does any fuel card(s) gives rewards/cashback for a minimum transaction value of ₹100? Please list all fuel cards you know if they meet this requirement.
2) Can I link Tata Neu plus/infinity rupay variant card to all these UPI apps - BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Payzapp, Mobikwik, Amazon, etc?

On CIBIL report:
1) My education loan was over 2-3 years ago (Union Bank) but it still shows Active/Open in my CIBIL report. Should I concern about this? Should I contact bank and make it closed?
2) My gender is wrongly mentioned as Female and my income is wrongly mentioned as 60,00,12,000. Whom to contact or to which e-mail ID should I send e-mails to get this corrected?

I need to contact RBI or Union Bank? Or raise dispute on CIBIL website?

Official cibil website let you access your account for free once in a year. You can change some information such as dob, gender etc .

I used that to generate report last month, can I go and edit such details now?

I didn't ask specifically for ₹100. Even a minimum transaction of ₹250 is fine as I can fill up small vehicle's fuel tank. But I guess all cards give only above ₹400.

Unfortunately cibil let you access your account for free only once in a year. If you already visited your account to check your report then you have to subscribe for a plan to check your account or to make any changes
