Fi Address Change

Hi all,

I was wondering if there's an option of updating communication as well as permanent address in Fi (Federal) Bank account? Can we use Federal Bank's NetBanking to do achieve the same somehow? Has anyone tried?

Federal bank savings account customer does not have the option, facility is enabled on fed e point but does not work.

So, you have to visit branch for address change.
