My FI bank account got closed on 18th Feb due to non kyc. I was having around 30k funds on that account. After the account was closed they asked me details of my another account to transfer the amount which I provided them through mail and they told that the amount would be transferred withing 7-10 working days but it was not transferred. So after that i mailed and called them several times in order to transfer my funds. And everytime i got same reply of wait for few more days. After soo much of calls and mails I finally received a message on 31st March stating that my funds have been transferred to my beneficiary account but when I checked my bank statement it was not. Today is 5th April and still i have not received the funds yet. I am completely fed up and really tensed since 30k is not a small amount. PLEASE ANYONE HELP ME , what should i do now.

Share your bank a/c statement stating you haven't received the funds. If they give same reply, straight away file a complaint with RBI Ombudsman

Just curious, why would you open any account and not get the KYC completed as soon as possible?
Actually after opening the account , I thought i will do the kyc after few days but i underwent LIS surgery. And after that I completely forget about it. This was the biggest mistake i had ever made🤦🏽‍♂️

Could have just done UPI transfer. My jupyter account also had same kyc issue and got closed. But luckily the balance was around 100 which i ignored. ☹️

my friend opened a account in Fi and made a FD of 3-4 lacs in it later they freezed it, they were saying that it might take few weeks or even months to resolve this, then he randomly connected (on linkedIn)with few people working in Fi & asked for a favor. Fortunately it worked, he got the funds back within 24hrs.

These neo banks shouldn't be made primary account. Doing FD n all is highly risky bcz of poor or almost zero customer support.

These accounts are good only till day to day chillar (penny) txns. Not more than that.
