Yeah I got it bro. Check what is common between your txn and prc1990 txns. If merchant is same, then most probably they've excluded it from cashback.

All my merchants are CRED which is not there in the exclusion list.

SO even if they exclude other ones

He told they don't have access to my August statement
How did they provide me cashback for July month if above statement is true

I received a call saying that I will have to.maintain the 50000 amb throughout the month .
So they will not credit any reward points if we withdraw the amount .
Can understand clearly what she said . Let me know what u got as reply .
