Don't know bro, for me after 1st payment, subsequent all payments processing fees was charged

I didn't use cheq from several months so maybe they are doing this to get me back on the platform.

First i usually take 50rs swiggy gv then i just redeem the remaining ones for cash credit.

I didn't use cheq from several months so maybe they are doing this to get me back on the platform.

Same happened with me as well. I did so many transactions in Cheq, they didn't levy any extra charges.

I generally load 50k in Fi account and get Infinite Status in last week of every month and then complete 2500 * 10 txn

After getting CB on 3rd of next month, I take out all the funds

So I think the CC guy gave you some wrong info

I have received the 500 cb on 3rd Sept

Anyone faced same issue

Edit : Received fi coins now I think delay in their system

Now max cashback per transaction for 500rs (2% CB) is 30rs

So 2500*10 transactions is no more applicable

Now 1500*16 transactions and 1000*1 transaction is needed

They did this with intention to make fool of people. Alot of normal users won't notice this change and keep on doing 2500X10. Fi will save alot of cashback this way. However we can still get that 500rs just by doing 7 extra transactions.

Haan to fir maine first and last use bhi kiya tha is account ko.
I wasn't going to use it anyway with Rs 2500 only. Now no question about doing Rs 1500 transaction
