Not only fi, I see even kiwi is not disabled.

Only gpay paytm n phonepe are enabled

Not sure. Cred gave the cb n coins. Not sure other apps will give if we use. Need to try n see

Also not able to create a ticket in cred. Its chat bot not allowing to chat with agent

If it's a temporary issue with Cred and Fi Money, then I believe that's acceptable. Otherwise, we don't need to maintain a balance of 50,000 and should consider switching to an alternative like SBI UniPay. Additionally, it is uncertain when they will stop accepting the HDFC Platinum Debit Card on their platform.
