U now need to maintain balance till 2nd of nxt month to get cashback, the most recent change it had shown in the app... earlier i used to get cashback without even maintaining this balance but not now

Add money to Jio Payments Bank; it should work. While I'm not entirely sure about credit card bill payments, I suppose they will work as well.

Do we need to maintain a balance of 50k on daily basis or an average of 50k works? I noticed that my balance went 49k for a day and now it shows 0 cashback for November on the app.

Also, I was getting the option for Prime earlier but even after adding 75k I never got the upgrade. Now Prime doesn't even show for me

The cashback amount resets every 1st day. The app has flaw and always shows last month's earnings as zero. Rest assured you'll get the plant today or tomorrow, if MAB was maintained
