fiserv icici merchant services won't settle my 4.6 lakhs transaction.

That temporary credit limit is blocked we can not use it.
Time period of resolution is 90-120 days but mostly banks try to solve within 30 days.

1 lakh which i told was deducted from my hold amount and refunded to cardholders bank. But cardholder bank is yet to make the temporary credit limit permanent. It's been 8 days since cardholders bank got refund.

Yesterday got one mail for settlement excel one by one they are starting refund to customer let's wait and see

It's good. It'll take a lot of time even after money is debited from hold amount.
For me it was debited on 11 july from hold amount but customer still haven't received refund. Rest payments are in process and amount is not debited yet.
Out of 459000rs. 359000 is still on hold . I also request to take their machine back. But it seems they changed my mid and tid no. Without my consent . Also pos return ticket is closed . Fiserv is really stupid company. Harrassing and bully merchants.

Bhai . Customer se chargeback krwa do. Request aaye toh bole dena k , i accept this chargeback. Aur inki machine return krdo. Warna tension se marrr jaoge. Ye BC kuch n kuch nyi gabad krte rhte hai.
Bas ek baar mera saara paisa return krde ye. Agr tab tak apni machine waapis nhi leke gye ye. Fir m current account close krwa dunga aur inko milega baba ji ka thullu

Yes I also raised chargeback and accepted all
 
Today got call for other chargebacks i told list of all and asked to refund it , he told as money in held it will take max 30 days to refund from fiserv to card holder bank , waste people only one got processed another 3 to go

Bro I’ve swiped my own card and that is on hold. I’m the customer.

Out of my 4.6 lakhs payment. 2.6 lakhs was from my own cards. I also swiped my cards at my own pos machine. But i still filed chargeback and almost all payments under refund process. Only 2 payment of sbi are still under investigation by shi 48k+27k
2 payment of customers from HDFC 32k +79k under investigation by hdfc.
So almost 1.9 lakhs is under investigation. Rest 2.7 lakhs is already under refund process.

Doesn't matter if you swiped your own card. Simply file chargeback from your bank. Do not tell the bank that you swiped your own card. Or they'll not raise dispute.
 
Got mail from icici out of 4.6 lakhs. 2.63 lakhs has been refunded to customers.
Now hold amout is 1.97 lakhs. By the first week of September whole 4.6 lakhs will be refunded to customers.
But nobody came to take back the machine

Chargeback team is a million times better, straightforward and quick.
They reply immediately within an hour. And don't do any bullshit. Simply do as told to them. Whereas their fraudheldesk is completely opposite.

September month ha why that much long bro? 2.63 showing in temp credit or permanent credit?

Temporary credit is whole 4.6 lakhs. But 2.63 has been refunded to cardholders bank. So , once their next statement is generated that temporary limit will become permanent.
Whereas 1.97 lakhs is still with icici fiserv. Hdfc and sbi bank is taking too much time. So fiserv will refund them probably next month. And cardholders will get it in September when their bills get generated.

So the amount that you swiped with your own card has got back to your account ?
 
Problem is now they're not closing their relationship. Today got email mentioning they can't close my relationship because they have put hold on my money.
So they have 2 options
1 close my account and settle my money in my Account which they won't do
2nd keep my account active until my money is not settle or refunded via chargeback. Which in both will will take few months.
So they changed my account status from active to temporarily active today. Hope they don't put nonsense charges like non usage etc on my account

Got this today with 12 rs and tax do no what now daily getting mails do no when they will refund to card
