It's the same story with every brand, authorised service center (tie up with multiple brands) will handle these issues.
But some brands do have exclusive service centers but it depends on location.

Decent 4 to 5 hour in normal use ( balance mode).... Can't expect too much from a budget laptop. Cost cutting to hoti hi hai still better in this price segment with 45w charger.

Nopes it's not any pricing error I used hdfc nc emi trick later cancelled that emi which effectively cost me 35k plus 120 from cashkaro

4) 8 ram (must be expandable, and must not be soldered)
5) No obvious hinge or other build quality issues (or must have cheap ADP)
6) IPS FHD preferred (but TN FHD is okay I suppose)
7) Decent-ish battery; I guess most in this range are 40WH, but something near 50WH would be nice.

Take a look at Samsung GB 4 i5 1335U, most of the budget laptops have terrible speakers.

You will have to compromise on the display or graphics.
Most of the 100% SRGB screens do not come with nvidia graphics in this budget except for Lenovo LOQ.
It is easier to find Intel arc graphics. @HumorSimpson Could you share your feedback?

Those looking for an affordable option with decent specs, do give Infinix a look. The V15 series with an AMD Ryzen7 processor, 512 GB SSD and 16 GB ram is available for around 34000 and can get even better deals with some card/supercoin offers. Infinix has an ongoing partnership with Flipkart, and they have been providing some interesting products, both phones and laptops.
I got the machine, that was launched late last month 3 weeks ago, and it has been working pretty well for me so far. A friend got one Infinix machine a couple of years ago, and had once required support, and he said they got the problem solved on call itself. But this Delhi I am talking about, don't know how it works elsewhere. Just to be safe, also took the fulll laptop protection plan from Flipkart.
