Flipkart grab deals cashabck issue on Flipkart axis card.

I ordered a mobile on 26th sep '24 via grabdeals on my fk axis card. Next day i recieved the sms stating the transaction was successfully recorded. As of now (109 days from the order date) the cashabck is not credited but on 26th dec there was a transaction of 0.00 and that also with the debited sign on my statement from flipgrabdeals. If you've any idea regarding this kindly share.

Also cantacted the customer care..they simply told to wait for 120 days, the cashabck will be credited.
I've attached a photo of the transaction.

You received the cashback, but it's zero.
It's always a problem to receive Grab deals and Giftedge points after 120 days and even more difficult to track it.
Hence I stopped using both.
Traveledge works well

I also did not get cash back for transaction done in October. Thinking that i got scammed.

Okayy..But if it's credited the cashback should be with the credited sign (↙). Why is it with the debited sign (↗)?
Any idea about this?

That Grabdeal portal is flawed with no accountability of either end (bank & merchants).
I ordered Room heater from Grab deal on Reliancedigital.in by Atlas ,10% Reliancedigital.in discount levied but no Cashback credited fron Grab deal portal as its marked in Atlas statement as JEWELLERY 🤔. Now both entities throwing ball to each other for resolution. Such a mess ! Axis play like crooks.

Had you recieved the sms stating 'successfully recorded' ?
In most of the cases if they recieve the sms they get the cashback but in some cases axis plays like this.

Currently no cashback for mobile earlier they provide cashback for mobile except few.

If you have screen recording proof while doing the transaction via grabdeal then u can go with RBI. Otherwise no use as there is no proof to substantiate ur claim with rbi.
Non attribution happens due reasons such as : -

1.The tracking got lost due to multiple searches.
2.Product was already added to the cart.
3.Customer has clicked on another promotion while doing a purchase etc..
4. If customer already added some products in cart and then if he removes them and again goes to Flipkart via grab deals and orders the same products.
If anything fails, then tracking will be lost.

Also axis have a lot of technical issue in grabdeal cashback tracking. I done a transaction in the month of September 2024 with Rs 23406. I haven't received any sms stating that the transaction is recorded. After 1 month I sent a mail regarding the same to know whether the transaction is successfully recorded or not. They sent multiple reply as the transaction was not recorded due which the confirmation sms was triggered.Thus they are unable to process the cashback. But i tried again and again after 90 days( usually cashback get credited on the last week of 3rd month)with m.d level escalation. So finally they credited Rs 1170 yesterday by stating that there was a technical glitch while fetching the transaction with merchant. So don't stop trying after 90 days. Sometimes they fetch the grabdeal transaction with merchant as delayed.
