Hi guyz , I needed your help for Flipkart order , on last week I placed an Ac on Flipkart order worth 32390 , and I used icici rupay card for the instant discount or Rs 2500 so the net effective price is , 29439 .
I was happy that I placed with some good discount but today morning, they give a suprise, without my knowledge they cancelled the product 🥲🥲🥲 , and the initiated the refund process and the issue is now I paid the bill amount via hdfc bill payment portal. I asked the customer care executive that why would you cancel my order without any intimation, they just blah blah , so I ask to refund to my bank account, they said no it's not possible 😔😔, guyz is there any other way that I can get my amount back to my bank account. NOTE : I don't have an icici account. Your help needed.

Dont worry call the customer care they tell the procedure to get excess balance back. You can give any bank account to get that money.

No you cannot get the amount in your bank account until and unless the refund fails for any reason. You should have waited for the product to be delivered.

Once the refund is processed, mail icici cc to transfer the credit balance in your account. Attach a cancelled cheque photo along with mail

what is the issue now.. you need an AC.. you will have a credit balance on your card.. use it to buy AC from somewhere else.. why do u want bank credit.. it is always refunded to source or fk cash.. not anywhere else

Refund will always be provided to source account/ card only.
Since you made the payment for ur card then when the refund comes , it will reflect as excess payment on ur card which can be taken back to ur bank acc by calling icici customer care. Tell them that u want to get refund of ur excess payment. This should definitely work

As per RBI guidelines, refund needs to be credited to source account anyway. So Flipkart can't do anything in this case. You have to call/mail ICICI cx to get extra balance into any of ur bank account or u can swipe somewhere and take cash. I.e petrol pump, or any shop nearby.

Extra credit refund to bank account can take upto 14 days.

You can get you refund transferred from CC A/c to Bank A/c, contact to ICICI.

Yes, it's technically, because FK failed to fulfill the order without any Valid reason, routine, because we or concerned authorities are not bothered to take action.

IG, the reason; Flipkart wanted to sell the product at increased price by stating seller changed.😂

Yes, in most of the case it's automatically processed, it may take some time in case of card.

In between ICICI Rupay cards have trouble with refunds. It took Zomato 3 months trying to initiate my refund to ICICI card, finally they gave up initiating it to Rupay card and transferred it to my bank account.

If you are planning to buy another one then use the excess balance from the same card. Why you want to transfer to bank account? The excess balance will be adjusted.
