For One Merchant Kotak League Does Not Work but IDFC Virtual Rupay works

Today, I noticed an uncommon thing - Kotak League Does Not Work but IDFC Virtual Rupay works for the same merchant QR.
It was a clothes store.

Can I assume Card C1,C2,C3 randomly works Merchant M1, M2 M3

However, it doesn't make sense at least to make international trxn on, though it's not in use. Coz usually domestic trxn are carried on by us.

It has been 15 days since I have been using

Axis Kiwi 6 months - perfect acceptance
IDFC Rupay virtual - perfect acceptance
Kotak League Rupay - 15 days - acceptance of Kotak is less than 50% same stores

In most cases, the Kotak card is disabled before the transaction and sometimes after the UPI PIN.
(Small Payments like fruits, milk, or nearby small to medium shops. )

I don't understand kotak rupay card , its not working on any upi qr code this month from any app .

Ok, I thought only I am facing the issue. Has to find good ltf alternative for this card
