This different I have applied for mutual funds signed combined physical application form with clear mentioning no to SIP and I don't have net banking but the official forged my signature and converted into sip and hacked my saving bank account without my permission no credibility and integrity

RBI and SEBI have strict rules for such behaviours. Consumer courts may help too. Depending on the amount you have lost, you may decide upon the course of action.
