Yep but didn't use it. Kept it only for backup. Bought another sim which gave 1 GB per day. My stay was long that's why.
Hence no idea about data and voice calls.

Matrix is the service provider for dreamfolks, and the track record of matrix is kind of sketchy. I have heard so many complaints in the past. Even play store reviews are horrible

Yep possible! I am unaware of the Matrix's reputation. My suggestion is to keep this one for backup.

I don't remember the price. I bought Viettel at Ho Chi Minh Airport last year. It was not very expensive.

yep I am aware. I was stranded at the airport 🤣 desperate act.
Again you never know the offline retails and not sure if I can trust out side the airport.

Not sure in the case of ICICI I can directly order from my App. Check the Bank app, if you are an existing customer.
You can also visit the Branch and get it for HDFC/Yes.

Immigration at dubai used to give free sim, not sure if they still give it now. You can take esim plan or international roaming. Can also buy local sim.
