Free International Airport lounge access (Outside India)

Open 50k account with PNB ,take Rupay Select Debit card ,take out the money

Open Minimum Balance Canara Account, take Rupay Select Card ,
I understand that for the PNB elite savings account with 50k MAB, Rupay Select DC is free. But if we take out the money after getting the DC, won't it become chargeable?

Canara Rupay Select DC is costly at ₹1000+gst

I am looking for an LTF Credit Card (Secured/Against fixed deposit of about 25K as I am student) or Debit Card only for the purpose of Free International Airport lounge access. I am also open to open a premium family account with AMB of around 2L.
Choose 1 : Open an account in PNB .... Ask for PNB Rupay International Debit Card : 8 Domestic + 2 International lounge access per year and also apply for a PNB Platinum or Select Credit Card : 8 Domestic + 2 International lounge access per year.

Account : 25k MAB and DC charges : 250 + GST.

Choose 2 : Open an account in IDFC .... IDFC Wealth Account ..... You will get IDFC Wealth Debit card : 12 Domestic + 8 International lounge access per year and also apply for a IDFC Wealth Credit card : 8 Domestic + 8 International lounge access per year.

Account opening cheque 5-7 lakhs. 0 MAB and DC : LTF

I didn't know PNB gives free Rupay Select on 50k MAB ,the bank person just told me maintain 50k in account to get Rupay Select, and i had a zero MAB account

Canara is costly but easiest to get ,and if you use all the benefits of Rupay Select you should be able offset the cost

Is it difficult to get Select DC from PNB. And in how many days you received the card?
