Yes, but how to avail? What are the terms and conditions? Are all Mastercard offers valid? I don't think so as there is no lounge access with this card

All Mastercard World cards does not have all the features. Banks provide some of the features complimentary, some spend based and some are not offered at all. The Swiggy card does not have lounge access.
