Freecharge started charging convenience fee for payments below 1K as well. Seems it started from Nov 1. Seems using HDFC DC on free charge for 1% is over.

I HAVE ALSO done 50 + transactions last month
but they started charging fee for transactions below 1k 10-20 days before only

I have 3 accounts and in 2 of them I see charges but in 1 i successfully paid 2 bills without charges
