I am absolutely frustrated with my experience with Axis Magnus and Reserve Credit card. I am an existing Axis Vistara Infinite card holder with limit of 6.20 lacs and Citi Prestige with 7.15 lacs.

Axis Magnus - Applied for Magnus through Clctab on 9th June and CIBIL was done on 11th June. After that, no response at all from Axis. Customer care team is clueless and ask to wait for 15 days. Wrote to them and they got reply that can't find application number. Then applied for a card upgrade and they send a link. Did the process but no card received. Almost after 10 days and 10 attempts have raised issue with Nodal office.

Axis Reserve - Applied offline through Branch Manager. Though don't qualify through ITR but have average balance of 20 lacs in my Burgundy Account. It's 14 days of follow up, but no response from BM of senior executive from cards team.

This is my worst experience ever in credit card application. Axis has completely lost it.

Can anyone help with HDFC DCB offline application contact in Mumbai. Thanks

I'm literally in awe seeing the customer services of axis. Lemme share my totally different experience.
20 June - went in branch for Magnus. Did the kyc+ documents uploaded by agent
21 June- Got a message for approval
22 June- Card dispatched
24 June- Card delivered

PS: I have no prior relationship with axis.

Wow!! That's some service..

I have both good and bad experience. With no axis relationship (except for mutual funds). I applied for Axis Magnus and it was approved in the very next day and had my card in hand within 5 days. They did not ask for my income proof, no card statement. Just approved with Aadhaar and PAN Card.

But I contacted Mr. Vimal on this forum for help with Reserve on C2C basis. I even opened axis savings bank account this time. The application did not move forward for almost 10 days after the document pickup. I kept escalating and I was told that my mothers name did not match with my mutual funds and application. I gave all documents to show correct name only to be rejected.

I again applied and linked application to my savings account. It took about another 15 days it finally got approved. Mr. Vimal did everything he could but axis process is so complex.

Surprisingly my wife got the card approved and delivered in 4 working days. She has zero relationship with Axis.

So, basically Axis doesn't value their existing client. In my case even Vimalraj is unable to do anything.

How much limit you got? Also just based on pan/aadhar you got Magnus? No c2c right?

Why are you after it, they are dead. Axis made sure of it. Here we are contemplating closing ours, no incentive to pay renewal next year.

Yes, it's dead for me too. I was wanting it before the devaluation. I got for my Wife and Mom though 😔
