It doesn't even take that long max 10-15 mins. You can say it's upgraded instantaneously. And then you withdraw your funds.

maybe weekend mei nahi hota ho. Ab sablog 70hrs a week nahi kaam karta na. After being Megastar do I need to raise a request for physical debit card or does it get dispatched automatically?

You have to raise request for Physical DC via app itself.
