I used the Megastar debit card in Philippines and it works for international withdrawal.

No forex / bank fees for atm withdrawal but local atm charges here are 250php.

After hit and try at different Bank ATMs you can find the bank which doesn't charge ATM withdrawal charges as well.. or search at travel related FB groups.. you will find Bank name..
It's good that at least card worked well and no charges by indusind

If I add new biller,it's getting credited automatically. If I pay for biller which added and paid previous month, I'm not getting gems automatically. Have to raise compaint and then couple of followups to get gems.

Both are different account but you can see indie account balance in indusind app as well.
