Guys I made six bill payments on Friday, but I still haven't received any gems for those transactions. Typically the gems are credited the following day. Have there been any changes to this process?

This Undie by Sundas bank is not giving 3% gems for Jiomart txns via DC even if I set it as one of the top 3 brands. Gave only 0.5% which is the default for debit card. Customer care useless, Twitter useless, emails no use, even fake "RM" useless, escalation to Nodal officer useless. Only option left is RBI ombudsman.

The only reason I'm maintaining this account is for the 50 gems offered for bill payment. If I don't receive them by Wednesday, I'll be closing the account.

There was a issue some days ago when we didn't got gems for a day but got gems for transactions done after that day
Ex jems for Wednesday didn't got but for Thursday got

That was widespread issue
U will most probably get that in coming days
Or for faster resolution contact your RM
And let us know what she says

In my case rm manually did the credit on request

Ohh! 🙁 Well I will complain to RBI ombudsman soon and trash them on social media like crazy. Don't want to be a victim of this LndusLnd Bank.
