Nothing is gonna change they do not respond
Call them on their number and tell them to raise SR
Or call your RM

My brother created an account in Indie, and not completed vkyc.
Is it possible to complete the kyc verification in branch for indie or we have to complete verification only through phone? Branch is very near. That’s the reason!

Last month I and @varun__goel_ bhaiya went to IndusInd branch for account closure, he was able to close the account but my branch waale were unaware of this bhindie account aur mujhe nikal Diya branch se

Is it possible to complete the kyc verification in branch

It depends branch to branch employee mood ki woh indie account ke liye service provide karenge ki nhi

Branch people rarely will help
Have u done funding?
Btw open indie app there u will get vkyc option it's just 2 mins process
99% of time branch people will be dumb and say indie is digital account and no service is provided

Just don't say anything about bhindie to branch officials. Simply go and ask them to do kyc process and signature updation in the account.

I didn't even mention bhindie in the branch. Just said I want to close the account. They gave acc closure form and was closed by the evening.
