Here it is. Now, all such scams are skill based as few governments have banned luck based lottery system. Dream 11 is one such example. They fought in court to prove themselves that their platform have skill based games.
Amazon asking silly questions at the end of Spin and Win, etc is for the same reason. To prove that it was skill based and not completely luck based.

Few debit card transactions were categorised correctly. But most of them were inaccurate. Maybe due to technical glitch.
They do try to categorize them according to MCC but it is still full of glitches. Hope after few months we will be able to get the correct category.

For UPI Spends made on merchant, even after choosing the category as Grocery, it still shows as Shopping.

Instantly. They even credit the gems instantly. It can be redeemed instantly. Credited to bank instantly. 😂 😂

No. The rewards system and money mate are completely different and are not linked.
You get reward points if you spend on MCC which are not excluded, but it will show as Personal Transfers in money mate.

Reward depends on how Indie classifies your txn. 3 preferred merchant will get cashback as usual. But for rest 0.5% cashback it would be troublesome.

Yes they do classify them, but that classification is not shown to us. "Haathi ke daant dikhane ke kuch aur khane ke kuch aur" 😂😂

Raise a complain to nodal officer seeking Rs 100/day compensation according to RBI guidelines. If denied, raise a complain to RBI Ombudsman, they will call you within 2 days and will give the refund with compensation.

You should get as they have not excluded them as of now. I have not personally tried yet. But expect devaluation soon.

They have already devalued their reward structure in 2 weeks only by adding few more excluded categories and capping maximum gems that can be redeemed.
