Call customer care, ask them to upgrade agree to one time charges 15k + GST. The fee will be added to first statement pay it. Post sometime will receive a link to choose vouchers upto 10k for Amazon, Myntra etc. Upto 15k for many other non essential merchants as they call it. I will pick Yatra 15k vouchers. Simple process confirmed with the bank.

You should get as they have not excluded them as of now. I have not personally tried yet. But expect devaluation soon.

They have already devalued their reward structure in 2 weeks only by adding few more excluded categories and capping maximum gems that can be redeemed.View attachment 25321

But there's literally some scam going on. I didn't even receive any confirmation about winning. I was getting messages of being in top 20 spenders previously. My spends are way lot more than yours.

They haven't replied to any of my mails yet.

Raise the matter with RBI BO.

Attach RBI notification on Harmonization of TAT
And your Account statement
and
Ask for Rs.100/ Day Compensation by Quoting RBi Notification Number in the RBI Complaint .
