Getting HDFC Bank paid paid variant of DCB after devaluation make sense?

Hi,

Finally HDFC approves DCB paid one after lots of email but still not agree on LTF. I am getting more salary than required for DCB

is it okey to take this card as paid after lots of devaluation or should i take regalia instead as i am not sure i will able to spend 5L or not.

Also what about acceptance of diners card?

Right now using Regalia first from last 3.

I got it as LTF, but still not using it much. Default reward rate is the only good part, but can't use at many places due to acceptance issue.

There was some offer for few College alumni. My college was part of them.

If i found acceptances Issue. I will close this one and ask for regalia

I don't have any pos purchases. But yes many people say it has issues with acceptance.

In fact, I am unable to use at many online places as well. Many times it doesn't work even on cred and Paytm gateway.

Oh that's shocking. Let me use for 6 month. Else would close and ask for regalia/infinia

I am currently holding LTF Regalia First which was renewed in may-2022 with a limit of 5.5lac now i had asked them for an upgrade to LTF Diners Black but they denied for LTF , providing FYF upgrade to Diners Black , so my query is will it be worth to pay 10K+GST for Diners Black after 2nd year when I know my spending will not cross its threshold for fee waiver. Also there are no renew benefit like Infinia.. will there be chances that HDFC will make it LTF if i requested them later after first year of upgrade.

I mail to Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com with payslip as my salary is more than required. Thay upgrade the card but not the limit. Limit was 4.62
