i also got it today as a surprise. i was not knowing this and thought its some kind of fraud so i refused to take it a first place then i googled about this and came to this thread...lol. i again called courier boy and asked him to deliver and he kindly accepted my request.

1. How much do you usually spend in the Tata Neu app on a monthly basis for both shopping and bill payments?

2. Did you receive any tracking details via SMS/email before it was shipped?

I've been their active customer since 2022, and also got their Tata Neu HDFC Infinity credit card in August 2023, but still haven't received any gift hamper from them. I usually spend ₹1-5K per month on it, mostly on BigBasket and Electricity bill payments.

EDIT: I believe, perhaps since I didn't update my address in my Neu account until late January, they didn't send it to me? Or they don't wanna send it to me because nobody wanna send me gifts? LOL

Not every month, but about 2k

No, they send by Delhivery and you can log into Delhivery using phone no and check if anything is in transit for you
