Gold Charge - What companion cards can it have?

I have applied for AMEX Gold Charge card, what all can be opted for Companion cards?

2nd question, anyone recently got it alongwith Gold charge card?(in the recent referral period)?

Companion cards mean one of lower varaint of amex will be LTF as long Gold Charge is Active and mrcc is the best you can take
