To change the focus from negativity, they always introduce some new partners or keep some partners at similar values, this makes the user feel not entirely mad since there are other partners at similar/better values.

hehehe through twitter i came to know like around 5pm, someone i followed reposted someone else post, and i was like.. let check and there were no changes and then Mr banker only posted then i was like it time to take a call either think big or cash in right now cause 3k loss.. so i was looking for 1 more amazon pay of 7k voucher but was short with some point.

Yes that's why still people love Amex.

I am new to the Amex base (9months) due to location issue, but I have seen loyal customers to Amex from long time ( I Guess even @vaibhav111 have long term relationship with Amex) . Earlier I saw loyal base to Citi Bank users, as a Citibank user even I am worried how will Axis handle us (Slight off topic)

Got you. But I would not look at it that way. You get to convert 1 MR to 1 MB and get around 50p to even more than a rupee value on booking through Bonvoy. Over the top of this, Marriott runs an offer usually once in a year where they give 30% bonus points so that elevates your value further.
