Yes, you have to login to there app, if you remember the password and then initiate for credit balance refund or if you don't remember then you have the link from where you can request for it and get the extra money in your bank account

There is no way out. from the link I can only login if I I have the card details or login credentails. Both of which I don't have.

Call customer care if that card was attached with your number then you can ask for credit balance refund from them to your account
