Got upgrade offer for BizBlack Metal Credit Card? Should I consider it?

Hello, I have been using HDFC Business Regalia from June 2023 with limit of 9.8Lac. Today I got upgrade offer to BizBlack Metal. Is it worth it? It says first year free then I have to pay 10K+GST annually.

Usually first year free is when you spend 1.5L in 90 days on this card, but if you are getting it without any conditions then you can go for it. Anual fees reversed on 7.5L spends

It says first year free without any t&c. Thanks for your input. However, I am hearing there is acceptance issue with DCB cards in India. Is it real?

Biz black is supposed to be majorly used for Tax payments, GST payments and smartbuy travel deals. There are no acceptance issues there.

Either ways Diners black cards are well accepted in India. I never faced any issues during my past usage of DCB

if u have huge business spends and tax payments consider it, it's a good card for tax payments and bookings in smartbuy portal otherwise it's not suitable for u
it totally depends on ur spending pattern so analyze ur spending pattern and if u feel the Fee is justified by the overall returns on ur spending, Proceed
