Groww NAV scam

I heard many cases about groww; people were not getting the actual day NAV for various reasons investing through groww.
Today I have faced the same. Today I placed a lumpsum order in Parag Parikh Flexi cap of Rs 10000 in 12.59pm. I have an active sip on that folio and did lump sump many times before. So no issue with kyc there .

But today, somehow,they order was not processed by the exchange according to groww.
So , I have lost today's NAV.
I have raised a complain in customer care but got the generic answer like; mutual fund cut off timing, mf exchange to send the amount to mutual fund bank account blah blah.
But in the end, I the Investor have to bear all the losses.

I am thinking of switching to MF central to avoid such issues in future.

Probably you will get next working day's NAV, pray market does go up by 2-3%

Not defending Groww here but moving to MF central seems a downgrade. There are many other better apps out there which also offer direct mutual funds.

bought at 2:40PM on mfcentral. Got same day NAV. switched to mfc after seeing these shenanigans on kuvera and groww.

If its approved with todays date and time i;e 8th then you will get 8th nav only. Groww app will not always show the correct nav date always. Happened me with as well, where initially it shows nav date of 5th as payment date was of 5th, but later their app changed it to 6th. I have also dropped an email and got the same generic reply, however when i received the statement from PPFAS nav was of 5th date only.

I was about to say kuvera and et money but I am also using groww only and I don't want to change.

Its not a scam. Do keep in mind that sometimes transactional error can occurr.

I have been using multiple apps- cams ,groww, coin, kfintech... Occassionally error occurs among all

Errors mostly occurs when there is a big dip in the market and all jumped with one time investment to book the profit .. 🤪🤪

Just invest in each fund houses directly via their own website.Then track via Mf central
Cut off the middle man
I have placed order at 2.58pm and got same day nav on election day when all apps were down

MF Central is a common platform and there's is no chance to loss nav date like this in MF Central.
But the problem is, there are many advance features missing in MF Central even in Cams and kintech too.
