Hi everyone, I recently got "SBI Club Vistara Prime" credit card and since I was already a CV member, I wanted to merge my new CV account generated by SBI with old CV account and contacted SBI customer service but even after 1 month of continues emails, they can't able to get CV accounts merged.
So I contacted Vistara customer support directly to try out if they can help and they got my CV accounts merged within 4 working day.
The process for merging CV accounts is very simple, you just need to email contactus@clubvistara.com with the following details and they will get the accounts merged.
Preferred CV ID -
Preferred Mobile number -
Preferred Email -
Along with a copy of the self-attested Govt. issued ID card.
Note : As per my conversation with Vistara team, they told me that "Please note that the CV account associated with the co-brand card cannot be merged", so need to keep co-branded card CV ID as preferred CV ID, although you can change preferred mobile number and email.
