Gyftr smartbuy has not issued zomato/blinkit voucher even after payment was successful

I purchased blinkit and zomato vouchers on 13 march and they are yet to show up in my account it is still stuck on processing in the payzapp app.
In these past 36 hours I have realised how the customer service for smartbuy gyftr is downright bad. Can't talk to a human on ivr, live chat feature is broken no one attends. E-mail worked but representative said to wait for 24 hours and i am yet to recieve any vouchers.

Looking for great advice on what to do in such case by you guys. Thanks in advance.
 
Even I faced something similar. Was trying to buy 10k worth of Zomato vouchers via PayZapp, the payment page got stuck at green tick and so, the Order was stuck at "processing".

Had to mail help.hdfc@gyftr.com, waited for 30mins but received vouchers after that.

Was lucky enough that I planned to buy the vouchers before going to restaurant and not after the bill came (what I usually do) 🤣
